Q: Tell me a
little bit about your situation, why you were selling, what you had tried, and
what you thought your options were—or lack of options—before we met.
A: I sold because
I was moving to a different state, and I couldn’t keep 2 houses. The options
were to rent it out, which I really couldn’t do, or sell it, which I didn’t
have time to do.
Q: How was your
experience working with us to get the house sold BEFORE it was sold, and also
now that the house has been sold, how has your life or the life of your family
been influenced by the solution we were able to provide?
A: The experience
was pretty quick and easy. There was not really much that I had to do out
of it. Ever since we sold to your company, it’s just been worry-free for
me, knowing that I don’t have a second house.
Q: Would you ever
recommend our service to other people, like friends or family who may be in a
similar situation like you were in?

“We had just had our first baby, so we wanted to move back home to be closer to family. And after we had looked at our options, including putting the house up for sale, we realized we didn’t have enough equity in the house to sell. Not only would we not be able to make a profit from the home, but we would have had to come to the table with a good $13,000 and we just didn’t have that. And a Realtor had actually recommended you guys to us to help us out of the situation so that we’d be able to move.
Within 24 hours of talking to the Realtor, you had called us back and got a meeting set up with us, which I think is just awesome that you were right on top of it! You were very clear on how everything worked, you didn’t hide anything from us, you put it all out there for us to consider. And then once we decided on the way to go, you were great. You came in and got the house on the market RIGHT AWAY instead of waiting, and you took pictures and a VIDEO TOUR of the house, which I thought was just great because most people just take pictures. You put it on the market and got it up on your website right away, and within a week, you had people coming to the house to take a look at it, which is one of the fastest things I’ve ever seen.
You did get the house sold, and it was actually a huge relief off of us knowing that somebody was coming into the house that was going to take care of it. It was actually just such a relief that you were able to do that so quickly, and then we didn’t have to worry about anything, we didn’t have to worry about any repairs, anything like that. And we were able to move back home, and we’ve been back with family ever since. The whole experience with you guys has just been so easy-going and you’ve been so forthcoming with everything, it’s actually been a great experience. And now the house has been taken care of, we don’t even own it, we don’t have anything to do with it, which is a relief being so many miles away knowing that we don’t have to mess with it being on the market for all these months trying to sell it, that you guys have taken over it for us. When I put it on the market, I really didn't think it would ever sell.
And when you guys came around, it was like an answer to a prayer.
The stress is gone, it was just great, everything went very quickly
and very easily. You guys were really wonderful with getting us all
the information we needed. The paperwork, what we needed to sign,
everything went smoothly. It was a real blessing.

I was in some financial trouble, I was behind on payments, and I was literally
going to go into foreclosure. Lara and Anthony came to my house, and they
did a very good and professional presentation. We agreed on a given price that
they would help me to move out, and they performed exactly what they said that
they would do. They were able to buy the house without doing a short sale or
foreclosure, so I am very pleased with their performance, and I appreciate their help.

I met Lara when she was across the street, looking at another house. I asked her to
look at mine to consider it. She did and a couple weeks later, we’ve closed on that house. It was easy, fast, friendly… (I’m going to use the money to) pay off bills and
buy new flooring for my room! (laugh)

My house came to a point where it was beyond repair, and there was no way that I
could make my mortgage payment and make those repairs. At the same, I thought
I was just going to have to let the house go into foreclosure, but after I talked with
Anthony and Lara, they guided me through this process and showed me that that
did not have to be the case, so I’m very grateful for that.

The sale all went real smoothly, Lara contacted me right away and I had no
problem ever getting in touch with her or Anthony. I’m very happy with the process.

Last year, I was trying to sell my house in kind of a hurry, and I thought it would
be a lot easier than it was. I had it for sale through a regular Realtor and people
were interested, but then I found out that the house needed a lot of repairs that
I didn’t have the money to spend on, and the repairs scared away a lot of regular
buyers. So I was kinda stuck without being able to sell the house.
So I was looking for alternative methods to get rid of the house, and that’s when
I talked to Lara. She was able to really help me out, and get me into another house.
So now we’re in our new house, and everything’s great, the house was sold, she’s
taken care of it and life’s great!

Our family was facing foreclosure, so I contacted Lara from a postcard she had
sent us, and she was able to buy our house in less than 7 days and stop the
foreclosure situation. We are very grateful for her help!
